Hotel Dei Congressi - Rome

This hotel is nice, and has everything I need, from free wi-fi and 24-hour reception to a great bar/lounge area. The staff helped me find places with a good exchange rate. I'm coming back for a city trip!

The breakfast was enjoyable, the check in was quick. Had well-equipped, tidy room that was recently refurbished with a nice interior. The staff were really friendly and amazingly friendly people at the reception desk, and the location was stunning😀

Absolutely appalled at my stay, the tiny bathroom left no room for comfort, and how charming that the iron was mysteriously unavailable, because other guests were using it. I almost considered leaving a good review, but then remembered the horrendous spaghetti i had to choke down. Really should've been treated like the queen i am.

Brand-new room, fairly clean and ideal place, welcoming staff. Nice building and rooms with a very large and comfy bed. Good position, near a subway station.

Not a budget accommodation, but it is difficult to find a cheap place with a good location. Next to metro station, so it takes short time to reach most of the sights. Breakfast was simple but good. Very kind staff and clean rooms.

No bells, no whistles, just facts

Simple yet effective, with soundproof rooms near La Nuvola center. Breakfast offers a good spread of fruits and pastries to start your day. A 10-minute walk leads to the metro for easy city access. The fitness center, although small, is equipped with TECHNOGYM gear for a quick workout. Would recommend!

Clean room, at the restaurant the staff was very kind and the kitchen made food of good quality. Breakfast was okay and more than expected.

Bad indications of the rooms where you could eat (Beakfast, Dinner)

This hotel is near of the metro station Fermi .(only 150 m ) .the hotel is very good and the assistants of the reception were polite.The size of the room is normal and very clear. I like the bathroom . The amenities are not enough. Its better to add , body lotion, comb .the breakfast are normal. The staff of serving are not enough. There were only two persons. The boy was not polite , was nervous . Some plates were dirties and wet. The restaurant are very good.

Improve the behaviour of staff serving

The room was simple yet adequate, and surprisingly soundproof-slept like a baby! Conveniently located near the metro, I could easily hop into the city. Breakfast catered to all tastes, even the fussiest eaters.

If only the cleaning staff had paid a bit more attention. I swear I found enough hair to start a pet. And the shower? Let's just say it was less of a cleanse and more of an aquatic adventure.

The location of the hotel is excellent. It is only 5 minutes walk to eur Ferme metro stop and there are ample bus connections.The room and the bathroom were small but clean, the sheets were crispy and the bathroom was immaculate.

Additional reason for choosing the hotel was a free wifi access. Well, it was free but also very slow, often not connecting at all. I had to go to the reception to get a new password twice and actually connect from the lobby. The "buffet" breakfast was very limited and the quality of food poor. Water for tea was lukewarm, croissants burned every morning. On Saturday they ran out of plain bread for toasts and fruit yoghurt. Definitely not the level of a 4 star hotel. The waitress serving on Saturday was overwhelmed with work, nervously showing her bad mood to guests. The worst was when she made cappucino without changing the coffee in the machine so it was undrinkable. Luckilly, later another waitress came in and made a proper cup of coffee with a smile. Restaurant management needs improvement.

the restaurant staffs are very nice and good service.

there are few steps from entrance to life to get to our rooms so there no slide floor for us to roll our luggages to the life so we have to carried all by ourself.wrong design for the convenience.

the bathroom was a bit cramped. but the breakfast selection was impressive, featuring various pastries. the room was well equipped with modern amenities. the staff was always friendly and eager to help.

The hotel was comfy, it had excellent staff at the reception desk. The room was silent and neat with decent views. Enjoyed our stay...
